One measure that should be taken before any other is to check for program updates with the updater within the program (HELP > BIBLEWORKS ON THE INTERNET > CHECK FOR UPDATES.)
If the update of the program executable or its other files does not serve to resolve the problem, one should use one of the means for assistance listed on the BibleWorks home page.
Errors in textual material should be reported to the text publisher identified from the main menu in Help | Show Copyright Information.
