This is a Windows 7/Parallels compatibility issue.  Parallels is mounting your BibleWorks DVD as a shared network drive instead of as a local DVD. To mount your BibleWorks DVD as a local DVD, please follow these steps:

1. Open the Windows file Explorer in Parallels. You will see that the DVD is mounted as a network drive instead of as a DVD drive:

2. On the Parallels Desktop main menu in OS X, select

     Devices | CD/DVD 1 | Real CD/DVD | Default CD/DVD

3. After a moment Parallels should disconnect the DVD as a network drive and re-connect it as a local DVD drive in Windows:

The BibleWorks autoplay installation window should open.
