Customers using an antivirus product may find that antivirus updates have falsely quarantined BibleWorks products for the reasons explained here.  This FAQ describes how to restore these quarantined files to the BibleWorks installation for the Trend Micro product.  Procedures for other products are similar.

First, please make sure you have updated your Trend product by applying its updates.

Next, here are the steps to release the Trend virus files from quarantine:

• Open Trend and click on the pie chart next to the gear – Security Report
• The Security Report page opens up with the Security Threats tab open
• Click on See more details
• Go to the View dropdown widow and scroll up to Viruses and click on it
• This will show the removed files
• Click on the file and you will be given the option to restore
