Yes. All new and upgrade licenses of BibleWorks 9 and later versions contain the NA28 text. The NA28 apparatus is offered in the "SOLN" BibleWorks add-on module. Those having a BibleWorks 9 license with DVDs designated Rev 1, Rev 2, or Rev 3 should seek to obtain the Rev 4 DVD set on the open market at such sites as eBay.
