Why Do the Chinese GS CNVS or CUS Not Display in BibleWorks 7 under Windows 8 and Later?

BibleWorks 7 cannot display the CNVS Chinese New Version (Simplified) and CUS Chinese Union Version (Simplified) versions when BibleWorks 7 is installed under Windows 8 and later versions of Windows. This shortfall is due to a change in Windows language resources beginning with Windows 8 BibleWorks has fixed the problem for BibleWorks 8 and later with free updates to the BibleWorks Executable (found, as is customary, under Help | BibleWorks on the Internet | Check for updates). It is not possible, though, to provide the fix for BibleWorks 7, due to the structure of the program in that version. Last updated: MC, 4/14/2016
