What Can I Do If BibleWorks Does Not Start Correctly?AA-02851If BibleWorks freezes immediately upon launch it is not going to be possible, usually, to make any kind of changes to the program. There are a number of measures that can be taken when this condition is encountered. To access any of these, one must open the BibleWorks Trouble-shooting Options dialog box. This is done by holding down the SHIFT key on the keyboard and double-clicking on the icon as one would do to start the program.
When the Trouble-Shooting box opens, there are several actions that can be taken, but the first measures that should be tried are as follows: 1. Revert to a previous version of the BibleWorks executable file. If an update was recently performed, after which problems occurred, this will often provide the solution.Last Update: ELM/April 16, 2008 |
