"Internet_StartInternetLog: Couldn't open log file. Please contact technical support."


The most likely reason for the receipt of this error message is that the user has lost "write" permissions to the BibleWorks folder (x:\Program Files\BibleWorks, where x (usually c) is the "My Computer" drive letter).

If possible, however, first attempt to update the BibleWorks Executable "exe" file by following the instructions here:
