Dragging the Mac Installer file to the Applications Folder Produces "You Don't Have Permission" ErrorAA-03012Restricted user account permissions or antivirus software running on your Mac may produce the following error when you attempt to drag the Mac Installer File to the Applications folder on your Mac: "The operation can't be completed because you don't have permission to access some of the items." To address that error and install BibleWorks, please do the following: 1. Do not use the Mac Installer that comes in the mac_installer folder from your BibleWorks 10 USB flash drive or download if you have an Internet connection when you install BibleWorks. A Mac installer .dmg file is provided on the flash drive or download only for those customers who cannot install BibleWorks with an Internet connection. 2. When installing BibleWorks to a Mac you should use the current version of the Mac Installer file downloaded in step 3 of the installation instructions here. 3.
